Tibetan Women’s Association demanded To put pressure on China to engage in dialogue with 14th Dalai Lama
New Delhi: On the occasion of 62nd Anniversary of the Tibetan Women’s Uprising Day, the members of the Tibetan Women’s Association urges United Nations, the parliamentarians, the world leader and the Tibet support groups all over the globe to join hands in support of the following demands:
1. To put pressure on China to engage in dialogue with the representatives of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet.
2. To urge the United Nations Committee on enforced disappearance to exert pressure on China to release His Holiness the 11th Panchen Lama and all other political prisoners unconditionally.
3. To oppose China on their intended interference in the selection of the future reincarnation of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
4. To pressurize Chinese government to improve human rights situation in Tibet.
