The opulent ‘Bijli Utsav’ orchestrated by REC in Jaipur, the Grandiose celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Jaipur : As a grand gesture to commemorate the 75th year of India’s Independence, REC Limited orchestrated a magnificent ‘Bijli Utsav’ in the quaint village of Goner, Jaipur, Rajasthan on the 2nd of August, 2023.
The esteemed gathering was graced by the presence of the illustrious Smt. Meena Patwa, Sarpanch; the distinguished Shri K C Sharma, Superintending Engineer of JVVNL; the accomplished Shri Manoj Gupta, Executive Engineer of JVVNL and other esteemed local representatives.
The event was a spectacle to behold, with school students showcasing their cultural prowess through various performances that highlighted the importance of energy conservation, consumer rights, and the challenges faced during electrification in remote areas. The audience was enthralled as they witnessed the transformational impact of electricity on the quality of life of the villagers, as shared by the beneficiaries themselves.
