THDC India Limited Organizes ‘Green HRM’ Training for Indian Oil Corporation Officers

THDC India Limited, a leading power generation company, recently organized a three-day ‘Green HRM’ training program for senior officers of Indian Oil Corporation. The training was held at THDC’s HRD Training Centre in the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh.

Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director of THDC India Limited, highlighted the importance of this exclusive training program. He mentioned that the program was organized in collaboration with Jaipuria Institute of Management and aimed to provide the participants with the latest knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resource Management.

The HRD Centre of THDC India Limited has always been at the forefront of promoting learning and development. The center is known for its state-of-the-art facilities and high standards of training. In this particular program, 22 senior officials of Indian Oil Corporation, holding positions of Deputy General Manager and above, were trained in the emerging field of HRM.
