New Delhi: Indian Oil organized a training programme for LPG Deliverymen in Delhi. The training program was inaugurated by Mr Shyam Bohra, Executive Director & State Head, Delhi State Office, IndianOil in the presence of Mr Alok Kumar, CGM (LPG), Delhi State Office, IndianOil and other senior officers. The training was imparted to over 100 deliverymen from various sales areas. The program was designed to impart training on behavioural skills and Pre-Delivery Checks (PDC) for providing better customer services, Safety and overall satisfaction of customers.
Inaugurating the program, Mr Shyam Bohr said that Pre-Delivery Checks make kitchen safe, and deliverymen are a first point contact with LPG customers. Thus, to improve behavioural & technical skills of deliverymen is our focus area as it helps in delivering better & efficient services with safety. Acknowledging the contribution, He said that deliverymen are our frontline warrior and they have played a vital role in LPG refill delivery during the pandemic. On the occasion, he also felicitated the deliverymen for their performance and contribution. He further added that Safety and customer service are foremost when it comes customer satisfaction and exhorted the participants to pay their utmost attention on safety.

The Corporation is offering online billing facility to LPG customers and customers can now download E invoice at their convenience. However, for taking delivery acknowledgement from a customer, deliverymen will bring a copy of invoice, while refill delivery. The customers have options to book a refill through smart booking modes, which includes WhatsApp, Missed Call, SMS / IVRS Booking, IndianOil One App, Bharat Bill Payment System or thru https://cx.indianoil.in. For the ease of customers, the Corporation is offering digital refill booking and payment facilities thru various digital modes – Paytm, Amazon, Simpl, Google Pay, MobiKwik, etc.
