In a strategic move to strengthen its leadership team, NTPC Limited has appointed Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Chief General Manager (CGM), as the new Director (HR). This appointment, approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), marks a significant step towards ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.
Leadership Transition Ensures Continuity
Following the retirement of Shri Dilip Kumar Patel, Director (HR), on April 30, 2024, the post had fallen vacant. To ensure seamless continuity, Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance), has been assigned additional charge of the Director (HR) role for a period of three months, effective August 1, 2024, or until the new incumbent assumes charge.
