NBCC’s E-Auction Success! ₹1153 Cr Raised, Hope Rekindled for Homebuyers

New Delhi: The announcement made by NBCC (India) Ltd. revealed the successful conclusion of an e-auction for 560 residential units in its Aspire Leisure Park project in Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh. The auction generated a total sale value of ₹1153.13 crore, covering a saleable area of approximately 1.46 million sq. ft.
The e-auction witnessed a strong response, with bids exceeding reserve prices significantly. The funds raised will help complete stalled Amrapali projects, repay bank loans, and support ongoing developments. So far, NBCC has generated a cumulative ₹8227.92 crore through e-auctions of four key projects — Golf Homes, Centurian Park, Dream Valley, and Leisure Park — all under the supervision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
This digital and transparent sales process not only demonstrates growing investor confidence but also brings renewed hope to thousands of long-waiting homebuyers.
• Enhanced transparency and competitiveness in the real estate sector via digital auction platforms.
