Strategic Focus on Redevelopment
Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, highlighted NBCC’s achievements in FY 23-24, emphasizing its focus on redevelopment and PSU land monetization. The company has:
– Generated 25 million man-days
– Secured new business worth Rs. 23,500 Crore
– Achieved highest-ever revenue of Rs. 10,450 Crore, up 17.5% YoY
Resolutions Approved
Shareholders approved:
– 63% final dividend per paid-up equity share
– 1:2 bonus share issue, increasing paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 270 Crore
– Authorized share capital increase to Rs. 1,000 Crore
ASPIRE Team’s Achievements
NBCC, along with ASPIRE, has:
– Sold 6,300 units in Amrapali Projects, valued at Rs. 3,650 Crore
– Deployed a strong workforce of approximately 8,000 personnel
