The sale of 4.8 lakh sqft of commercial space fetched an astounding Rs. 1905 Crore. Notable buyers include Power Finance Corporation Limited, Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited, and Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited. Majority of the area, around 4.38 lakh square feet worth approximately Rs 1,740 Crore, was acquired by PSU entities. This accomplishment underscores the burgeoning demand for premium commercial spaces in the capital.
Total Sales Surpass 30 Lakh sqft Mark
NBCC’s relentless efforts have propelled the total commercial inventory sold to over 30 lakh sqft through 25 successful e-auctions, amassing a staggering Rs 12,100 Crore. The WTC project, a beacon of modern development, has garnered interest from prestigious buyers spanning diverse industries. Progress on the project remains robust, with over 94% of physical completion achieved.
