NBCC (India) Limited has bagged a significant contract from Grid-India (Grid Controller of India Limited) to execute the fit-out and interior works for their new corporate office in New Delhi. The project, valued at Rs 70 Crore, will transform the 61,000 sqft office space into a state-of-the-art green building. The agreement was signed by Shri Alok Kumar, Senior General Manager, Grid-India, and Shri Mudit Bhatnagar, CGM (Engg.), NBCC, in the presence of top officials from both organizations. The new office will feature cutting-edge amenities, including energy-efficient lighting, smart building technology, and eco-friendly plumbing fixtures, blending modern architecture with a green belt and landscaping. This collaboration showcases the synergy between NBCC and Grid-India, setting new benchmarks in sustainability and employee well-being.
