NBCC Powers PNGRB’s New Era with High-Tech Office at World Trade Center, Delhi

New Delhi, March 6, 2025: Setting new benchmarks in modern workspaces, NBCC (India) Limited has successfully delivered a cutting-edge office for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) at the iconic World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar.

The office was officially inaugurated by the Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, marking a key milestone in PNGRB’s operational expansion.

Designed with precision to cater to PNGRB’s evolving regulatory needs, this 31,000 sq. ft. workspace is more than just an office — it’s a fully equipped hub of efficiency and innovation, featuring:
• Workspace for 200+ professionals
• A modern conference facility for over 100 participants
• A dedicated courtroom to facilitate regulatory hearings
• An open-access industry library
• Employee-first amenities including a cafeteria and dry pantry
• An integrated centralized gas monitoring system ensuring safety and seamless operations

The PNGRB office is part of NBCC’s visionary redevelopment of Nauroji Nagar into a full-fledged World Trade Center, a project inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi earlier this year. Built with advanced sustainability features and future-ready infrastructure, the campus is now a landmark destination for premium commercial spaces in the capital.

NBCC’s leadership, including CMD Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy and Director (Commercial) Dr. Suman Kumar, joined the inauguration, reinforcing NBCC’s commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time infrastructure solutions for India’s key institutions.

With this successful project, NBCC once again demonstrates its ability to integrate innovation, functionality, and design in creating world-class government and corporate workspaces that stand the test of time.
