NBCC Hands Over Crystal Homes Flats to Buyers in Noida

NBCC (India) Limited successfully conducted the inauguration and commencement of flat handover at the long-delayed Crystal Homes Project in Sector 76, Noida, on April 5, 2025. The pivotal role of Shri R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India and Court Receiver, has been highly appreciated in advancing the interests of homebuyers and enabling homeless families to finally receive their long-awaited keys. Under his leadership, efforts by former NBCC CMD Shri P.K. Gupta and current CMD Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy have been steered with dedication and purpose, ensuring the revival of stalled projects through a transparent and accountable process.
The ceremony was graced by Shri Venkataramani as Chief Guest, along with other dignitaries including Shri Mahadevaswamy, senior NBCC officials, and members of the ASPIRE Court Committee.
Possession letters and NOCs were handed over to 55 homebuyers, many of whom had waited since 2012. The project, earlier stalled under the Amrapali Group, was revived and completed by NBCC under Supreme Court directives.
The completion of 972 residential units in 9 towers has been seen as a major milestone in judicially monitored real estate recovery. Buyers expressed gratitude for NBCC’s transparency, professionalism, and timely delivery.
This event reinforced NBCC’s role as a key player in restoring stalled projects and upholding customer trust in the real estate sector.
