Gurugram : November 30, 2024 — In a move set to redefine office spaces, NBCC (India) Ltd. has signed an MoU with Power Grid Corporation of India Limited to undertake the ambitious renovation of Power Grid’s corporate headquarters in Gurgaon.
This collaboration aims to infuse the building with modern, sustainable infrastructure, aligning with the latest in eco-friendly design.
The signing event saw top executives from both companies, with Shri M.W. Huda, Chief General Manager of Power Grid, and Shri Pradeep Sharma, Executive Director of Business Development at NBCC, formally sealing the partnership. High-ranking officials including Power Grid’s Chairman & Managing Director, Shri R.K. Tyagi; Director (Finance), Shri Ravi Shankar; Director (Projects), Shri Yatindra Dwivedi; and NBCC’s Director (Commercial), Dr. Suman Kumar, were present to witness this milestone.
The project, pegged at Rs. 186.47 crore, covers an extensive area of 34,965.89 square meters, spread across the 2B+G+8 building structure. Renovation plans are expansive, focusing on advanced interiors, a revamped facade, upgraded furniture, and extensive landscaping. The facelift will not only modernize the work environment but also incorporate sustainable practices, making it a flagship project for both organizations.
Key stakeholders, including NBCC’s Pradeep Sharma and Power Grid’s R.K. Tyagi, Ravi Shankar, Yatindra Dwivedi, and Suman Kumar, have emphasized their commitment to delivering a top-tier corporate space that resonates with innovation and eco-consciousness.
