New Delhi: At the OALP Round-IX and DSF contract signing ceremony organized by Hydrocarbon at Hotel Taj Palace, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri proudly stated that India is providing gas to its consumers at the most affordable rates globally. Addressing media queries, he highlighted the progress in the energy sector and the government’s consumer-centric policies.

Puri described the occasion as a historic step toward reducing India’s import dependency and securing its energy future. He passionately declared, “In the next two decades, 25% of the world’s incremental energy demand will come from India.” The event saw participation from industry leaders and corporate representatives, with engaging discussions on energy security and sustainable development.
