Hardeep Singh Puri’s Presence of Mind Averts Major Incident at IEW-25


New Delhi, IEW-25:Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri’s presence of mind averted a major mishap during India Energy Week (IEW). The incident took place at the ONGC pavilion in IEW-25, where the minister’s visit was scheduled.
As soon as the minister arrived at the pavilion, a large crowd suddenly gathered, and the situation began to get out of control. Due to the heavy presence of journalists and visitors, a commotion started at the pavilion. The Union Minister quickly assessed the situation and brought it under control with his presence of mind. His prompt action prevented a possible stampede, which could have led to a serious incident.

It is estimated that around 600 people were present at the pavilion at that time, with approximately 400 of them being ONGC employees and representatives.
