New Delhi: Supertech Builder and their management have been deaf and dumb on the problems of buyers who have neither gotten a flat nor got returned their money, some more facts and complaints have been brought to our knowledge which shows false commitment towards buyers of Supertech Builder. our senior correspondent Rakesh Singh is enlightening some points for our readers.
1) In 2013 RK Arora, Mohit Arora owners of Supertech launched a Housing project namely Hues at Sector 68, Badshapur, Gurugram & allotted Units in Tower K – 1901 and K – 2202, Supertech House, Sector 68 – Gurgaon with Possession promised in June’19
2) For Developing the projects these people took Lakhs of Rupees from innocent buyers and executed the BBA mentioning the License no. 106 and 107 of 2013 dated 26-12-2013 (now came to knowledge that this license was allotted to Sarv Realtors and it expired in 2017, and till date not renewed, expired and canceled)
3) License nos 106 and 107 of 2013 date 26-12-2013 allotted by DTCP Chandigarh to Sarv Realtors Pvt Ltd but above named persons miss-used the license, miss-pleaded, concealed the facts, and cheated representing themselves as License holder which is totally illegal, Fraud and Forgery case.
4) 25-11-2019 Rera Gurgaon in Suo – Moto cognizance has passed the order that “it is a clear cut fraud, forgery, misuse of license and cheating with buyers has been committed by the above persons and passed the order of misappropriation of funds, misinformation, misrepresentation of facts, manipulation with documents, concealing the facts, fabrication of legal documents, which tantamount to fraud and forgery “. In the said order Rera also mentioned that “both Supertech Ltd and Sarv Realtors are jointly and severally responsible for the Hues Project and payments in all respect.”
5) Rera Gurgaon did not fulfill its own duty to bring its own order date 25-11-2019 into the public domain. I was compelled to file a case against Supertech in 2020. RERA even knowing the above facts that SARV Realtors is the License holder, RERA itself issued a hearing notice to Supertech and passed the order in the name of Supertech but due to a glitch between Supertech and Sarv – These orders are not executed to date.
6) To date Neither RERA nor TCP has taken any criminal action against Supertech and Sarv Realtor for misusing the license, fraud, forgery, fabrication of documents, misrepresentation of facts, etc. DTCP is supporting Supertech RK Arora, Sangeeta Arora, and Mohit Arora.
7. On 7.3.23 Gurgaon Police/Badshahpur PS was given a complaint to Register the FIR but to date, the Police have not registered the FIR for the best reasons best known to Gurgaon Police.
