Engineers India Ltd Welcomes Shri Rupesh Kumar Singh as Director (HR)

New Delhi, November 23, 2024: Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has announced that Shri Rupesh Kumar Singh has taken over as Director (Human Resources) on Dec 20, 2024. With a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, Shri Singh brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
A Civil Engineer from IIT Kanpur, Shri Singh began his journey at EIL in 1991 as a Management Trainee. Over the years, he has been credited with overseeing the successful execution of several high-profile projects in the refinery, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors. His efforts in ensuring the welfare of personnel at project sites have earned him widespread recognition.
Most recently, Shri Singh led the Construction Division, where he championed advancements in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Among his notable contributions is the introduction of an AI-based HSE management system and the development of a mobile application to enhance site safety and monitoring.
As a member of EIL’s CSR Council, Shri Singh has also played a pivotal role in driving the company’s social responsibility initiatives. His appointment as Director (HR) is expected to further strengthen the organization’s focus on employee well-being and innovative HR practices.
This leadership change reflects EIL’s ongoing commitment to excellence, and Shri Singh’s proven track record positions him well to guide the company’s HR strategies into a new era.
