EIL has successfully concluded the “ऊर्जा लेख ” Intra Industry Technical Paper Writing Competition

New Delhi: The Engineers India Limited (EIL) successfully organized a two-day Intra-Industry Technical Paper Writing Competition called ‘URJAALEKH’ in New Delhi on July 31, 2023, under the guidance of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG). The competition received an overwhelming response from Oil & Gas CPSEs, with around 300 papers submitted. Out of these, 130 papers advanced to the semi-finals, and eventually, 30 made it to the finale, with five papers each in the six categories of Marketing & Sales, Finance, SCM, Operations, HSE & Quality, and HR. During the valedictory session.

Ms. Vartika Shukla, the Chairperson and Managing Director (C&MD) of EIL, felicitated the top three presenters in each category. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. A K Kalra, the Director (HR); Mr. Sanjay Jindal, the Director (Finance); and Mr. Atul Gupta, the Director (Commercial). Ms. Shukla wished all the winners the best and encouraged young people to keep expanding their horizons by participating in such forums. The event proved to be a great platform for professionals to showcase their technical writing skills and share their knowledge on important topics. The competition provided a platform for participants to exchange ideas, learn from each other, and network with industry experts. Overall, it was a highly productive and informative event that highlighted the importance of knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the industry.
