EIL Expands into New Sectors with ₹11,500 Crore Order Book on 61st Foundation Day

New Delhi, March 17, 2025: Engineers India Limited (EIL) celebrated its 61st Foundation Day with enthusiasm, marking over six decades of contributions to India’s energy infrastructure. The event was inaugurated by CMD EIL, Ms. Vartika Shukla, in the presence of Functional Directors, senior officials, and employees.

During the celebration, it was highlighted that EIL has been expanding its services beyond traditional sectors. It was stated that the company has ventured into defense manufacturing, steel, and nuclear energy, reinforcing its legacy of innovation and growth. With a record order book of approximately ₹11,500 crore, EIL’s future expansion was emphasized as a key focus.

As part of the celebrations, a Blood Donation Camp was organized at EIL’s headquarters in New Delhi, where employees actively participated. Later, a Long Service Awards Ceremony was held to recognize employees for their dedicated contributions, with the presence of their families making the event even more special.

EIL’s continued diversification and strong financial position are expected to drive its growth in new and emerging sectors, further strengthening its position as a leader in engineering and infrastructure development.
