New Delhi: Stressing the pivotal role of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in driving the nation’s economic growth, NBCC CMD Sri KP Mahadevaswamy called on PSUs to embrace advanced technologies for enhanced productivity and agility. Speaking at the inauguration of a one-day program on **“Transforming HR Function with Application of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI & AI): A Case of PSUs,”** held at SCOPE Convention Center, Sri Mahadevaswamy emphasized the importance of leveraging AI to meet evolving challenges.
The event, organized by **Rightmen Services** in collaboration with **THS The Law Firm** and **Microsoft** as a knowledge partner, explored the integration of AI and Gen AI into HR practices. Designed to guide PSUs in adopting cutting-edge technology, the program attracted wide participation from top PSUs, including Indian Oil Corporation, NTPC, and Power Grid.
In his welcome address, Sri Alok Kumar, Managing Partner at THS The Law Firm, commended NBCC’s leadership in infrastructure development under Sri Mahadevaswamy. He expressed optimism that the insights shared at the event would enable PSUs to elevate their HR functions to global standards.
