“पहले सब राम भरोसे था” exclaimed one of the senior most members of the board members of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC)
while referring to the sea survival training, inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi during India Energy Week, that concluded last week.
The Ram Bharoshe comment astounded this journalist when he asked what is the new in this training programme, which has been otherwise imparted on the offshore going stuff members for over two decades and a half.
