BPCL’s Mercurix Inspires Employees Nationwide


Mumbai: BPCL’s annual storytelling competition, Mercurix, once again captivated audiences, bringing together employees from across the organization under the theme “Good People Spread Good Energy.” The event, designed to celebrate talent and personal experiences, saw enthusiastic participation as employees took the stage to share their powerful stories.
The competition was streamed live across BPCL’s nationwide network, creating an electrifying atmosphere. A panel of esteemed judges, including external professionals Rakesh Godhwani, Colonel M.K. Mandanna, and Neha Tandon Bhatia from the School of Meaningful Experience, alongside BPCL’s senior leadership, had the challenging task of selecting winners from a pool of exceptional storytellers.
Top Performers Honored

In the 35 years & above category, Mona Srivastava, Phurba Sherpa, Geet Kaura, and Shameek Chanda emerged as top performers. Meanwhile, in the 35 years & below category, Rashid Khan, Namrata Harwal, Nivedita Waghamode, S. Suraj, and Ram Kumar Singh were recognized for their outstanding storytelling.
BPCL’s senior leadership, including Shri Raj Dubey (Director, HR), Shri Pushp Kumar Nayar (Executive Director, HRD), and Poornima Bajpai Mittal (General Manager, Training & Development, HRD Learning Centre), graced the occasion to encourage and motivate participants.
