(Under Cover Reporter) Irrespective of the Government of any party, the commands to fill up lies in the hand of top bureaucrats of the concerned ministry in mismanaging the entire system of the functioning of any PSUs. Most of the top bureaucrats are posted to ministry at the verge of retirements. At this age, they are more concerned to their post-retirement avenues. Some of them are sure to grab lucrative posts in government itself but not all.
Those who decide to come out from the government look for opportunities to their post retirement life, where they easily trapped by mediators in their circle, then the plan starts from PSUs. Newsip had earlier also raised the issue of corruption started with appointments in jobs, on which the head of the department had said that this was a mere local issue.
On 9th May interview was held by PSEB to fill up the post of Director (Pipeline ) of IOCL. The results declared immediately by PSEB.
On the other hand one day before on 8th May 23, an interview was held to fill up the top post of PFC, the results came after eight o’clock in the night.
