A common man is going through mental torture these days, the case is of Dilshad Colony A Block in East Delhi. According to the information, a commons main complainant met the Shahdara North Deputy Commissioner M.C.D. East sh. A K Mishra about the construction of two illegal shops under his flat.
No action was taken from the office of the Deputy Commissioner of The Delhi MCD Shahdra North. Our Admin Editor called the Deputy Commissioner of the Delhi MCD several times to know his side of the matter , But there was no response.
The complaint was also provided to him on WhatsApp also , but still there was no response . His P.A, Shri Rajesh, posted in his department, told us that you can talk to our officer EE-IV Charan Singh in this regard, our reporter contacted Charan ji several times, he informed him about the whole matter through WhatsApp, but he also did not respond.
We sought response of Sh. Gyanesh Bharti, IAS, Commissioner MCD (Unified MCD) but he also did not reply. The admin editor contacted but till the time of writing the news, no reply has been received from them, two shops have been built in the illegal construction. The role of the MCD concerned officials are under question ?
Question is after so many guideline issued by the supreme court of India on illegal constructions, But mechanism of complaint board or body not took it seriously until unless any big incident took place.
Why MCD officials are not responding ? does it means constructor of illegal shops owner has Good Management with Nexus ?
Our sources revealed that the complainant can rais this issue on prime minister portal as he is in top label Government Service.
