Engineers India Limited (EIL) held its esteemed Technical Conclave 2024 in New Delhi, amidst its Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Notably, EIL maintained a reserved approach to media engagement for the event. While details were shared through an official release, the reasons behind this strategy remain confidential within the organization. Despite this, invitations were extended to prominent figures across the industry, ensuring broad participation.
The event commenced with the inauguration by Shri Pankaj Jain, Secretary of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, in the presence of esteemed industry leaders, including Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Managing Directors (MDs), and directors from EIL’s stakeholders. Hon’ble Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, delivered a motivational message via video conferencing. Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Petroleum & Natural Gas and Tourism, Shri Suresh Gopi, also extended his congratulations to Team EIL.
To commemorate EIL’s six-decade journey, a Coffee Table Book and a customized My Stamp were unveiled by Shri Pankaj Jain. The launch, attended by Col. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, and captains from the energy sector, highlighted EIL’s remarkable contributions to India’s energy landscape since its establishment in 1965.
The conclave, which showcased EIL’s technical prowess and adaptability to changing market trends, also expressed gratitude to collaborators and stakeholders for their unwavering support. Attendees witnessed EIL’s ongoing efforts to drive innovation and sustainability in line with India’s aspirations for energy independence.
