The MoU was signed by Shri V.R. Shrivastava, Executive Director (REGH) at NHPC, and Shri Soumya Prasad Garnaik, Country Head of GGGI, with Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, and Dr. D.K.
