In a significant move to enhance leadership capabilities, SCOPE (Standing Conference of Public Enterprises) has launched the Advanced Global Leadership Program (AGLP 2.0) in collaboration with IIM Calcutta. This cutting-edge program aims to equip senior executives from Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in today’s fast-paced global business landscape.
The inaugural ceremony, held in Kolkata, was graced by Shri Atul Sobti, DG, SCOPE, and Member, Governing Body, ILO, along with esteemed faculty members from IIM Calcutta. The program has attracted 32 senior executives from 13 PSEs, representing a diverse range of sectors and industries.
AGLP 2.0 is a comprehensive three-week program that includes workshops at IIM Calcutta and SCOPE, New Delhi, as well as an international study-cum-business tour. This immersive experience will enable participants to develop strategic capabilities, fostering global leadership and driving business growth.
