How REC Foundation is transforming healthcare:
Gurugram, December 1, 2023 —A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed by REC Foundation, the CSR arm of REC Limited, with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences (ABVIMS) in New Delhi on December 1, 2023. The MoA aims to renovate the auditoriums and introduce state-of-art facilities at a cost of Rs.8 Crores. The signing ceremony was held at REC’s Corporate office and attended by senior management representatives of both parties.
The project is expected to enhance the medical infrastructure at Dr. RML Hospital & ABVIMS and provide a conducive environment for collaboration and learning. The revamped Auditorium will be equipped with cutting-edge technology. Shri VK Singh, Director (Projects) of REC, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership and stated that it aligns with REC’s mission of making a positive impact on society. REC Foundation, as the CSR arm of REC, actively engages in projects that promote sustainable development.
This partnership underscores REC’s commitment to fostering positive change in the healthcare sector.
