New Delhi: PFC Consulting Limited, a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited, has successfully transferred two transmission projects specifically Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The two SPVs transferred are ‘Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission Limited’ and ‘Bhadla III Transmission Limited’. The transfer ceremony took place in the presence of Shri Manoj Rana, CEO of PFCCL, and Mr. Pankaj Pandey, Executive Director (TBCB) of PGCIL.
Project Details:
The SPV ‘Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission Limited’ was incorporated for the establishment of a ‘Transmission System for Solar Energy Zone in Ananthpuram (Ananthapur) (2500 MW) and Kurnool (1000 MW), Andhra Pradesh’. The scope of work involves the establishment of a pooling station at Ananthpuram and other associated elements.
The SPV ‘Bhadla III Transmission Limited’ was incorporated for the establishment of a ‘Transmission System for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase-III Part B1’. The scope of work involves establishment of a pooling station at Bhadla and other associated elements.
