3 PModels Emerge in ICC Elections: Who Will You Choose?

New Delhi: As the India Islamic Culture Centre (ICC) gears up for its highly anticipated elections on August 11, 2024, the community is abuzz with excitement and curiosity. The elections represent a critical juncture in the ICC’s journey, with far-reaching implications for its future trajectory.

At the heart of the election is the 3-P Model, a framework that has sparked intense debate and discussion among ICC members. According to Tate Tate, a young and influential panellist Mr Samar Qureshi from the Qureshi Panel, the 3-P Model embodies three distinct cultural paradigms: Political Culture, Power Greedy Culture, and Passion Work Culture.

Mr Samar elaborates, ” The Political Culture_ represents a culture of diplomacy and strategic manoeuvring, where decisions are driven by political expediency. as well as The Political culture where we see the trading of members, and politicians dominate like in other sports federations.
The Power Greedy Culture, on the other hand, is characterized by a relentless pursuit of power and control, often at the expense of others. The pursuit of power and greed will lead to a culture of cutthroat competition. Legal disputes are only the start.

Passion Work Culture. Passion is at the core of our culture, driving our values and keeping love strong among all members., In contrast, the Passion Work Culture is driven by a genuine passion for the community’s welfare and a commitment to selfless service.

As ICC members prepare to cast their votes, they are faced with a crucial decision: which cultural paradigm will shape the future of their beloved institution? The Qureshi Panel has pledged to prioritize the welfare of all ICC members and ensure a bright future for the centre, regardless of the outcome.

The ICC elections have generated unprecedented interest, with many members recognizing the significance of this moment. As the community comes together to exercise their democratic right, one thing is clear: the future of the ICC hangs in the balance, and the chosen panel will play a vital role in shaping its destiny.
